1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CloudHive's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

CloudHive provides business consulting services including but not limited to:

• Strategic planning and business development
• Operational efficiency consulting
• Digital transformation advisory
• Financial planning and analysis
• Training and development programs

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate fully with CloudHive's consulting team
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. General terms include:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund policies are outlined in specific service agreements

5. Confidentiality

CloudHive maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We require similar confidentiality commitments from our clients regarding our proprietary methodologies and intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

CloudHive's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our consulting services.

7. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed by CloudHive remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate consulting engagements with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. All payment obligations remain in effect for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Azerbaijan.
